What qualifications and experience do I need?
You don’t need qualifications and experience to apply for a lot of entry level, social care and health care jobs – what’s really important is that you’re the right type of person who has the right values.
Most care workers also need English, Maths, digital and employability skills such as team work and problem solving skills.
Some jobs require you to complete a degree and / or undertake further study and training.
